1. Important Dates:

Last date of online submission of applications with fee for all candidates has been extended:

1. Qualification & Eligibility criteria:

Candidates of final year/semester/trimester students passing out in current academic year i.e. 2016-2017are also eligible to apply for the posts. The candidates who have acquired eligible qualification as on date of submission of application though after earlier cut-off date i.e. 01.12.2016 are also eligible to apply.

The minimum criteria of marks shall be applicable to them for the completed degree i.e. required minimum qualification.

However, candidates shall submit final pass results of minimum required qualification by 31.08.2017 failing which their candidature will be rejected for the applied post / discipline without any further communication.

Further, the candidates shall clear all subjects of final year/ semester/trimester, which ever applicable, in the academic year 2016-17 in one attempt and should have cleared all previous years/semesters/trimesters as on the date of declaration of results.

1. General instructions for filling up of Applications.

Candidates of final year/semester/trimester, apart from other required documents, can upload latest year/semester/ trimester mark sheet/marks transcript of relevant minimum educational qualification.

Any further clarifications / amendments / Notices with regard to this recruitment process will be available on www.coalindia.in

Accordingly, the relevant portions of Advertisement and FAQs stands amended. All other eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions of earlier Advt. No. 02/2017 remains unchanged including the cut-off date for age criteria.
